This piece combines the calm, matte waves of the Obscura series with a strong, tactile presence. The sides are build of a thick layer of real sand, finished in high gloss. The contrast between matte and shine gives the work volume, depth, and softness at the same time.
Without a frame, the form stays open and pure. The focus is on the surface, the material, and the balance between rough and smooth.
