This artwork is finished in a pure white high gloss surface. Different light tones and coating mediums are layered to create depth within the gloss, allowing the surface to absorb light and let the eye slowly drift. The shine draws you in, creating a quiet moment where thoughts can settle.
The frame is custom made and hand crafted, finished in a soft matte tone to balance the intensity of the high gloss surface. Together they create contrast and harmony within one piece.
Undulart Light was created as a commission piece and reflects the balance between light and darkness, stillness and intensity.
